Payment terms:

Once you have selected the boat and accessed the payment gateway, directly if the boat is direct booking, or you receive after we check the availability, you can make the reservation by paying 50% of the total amount by bank card. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an email with the confirmation, the booking ticket, the information and all the details.

Payment of the remaining 50% must be made at the time of check-in, either in cash or by card.

Punctuality:

Please be punctual the day of the rental, we will wait for you until the specified time but if for any reason you are going to be late, let us know and w we will wait for you. If you do not arrive on time and do not let us know, you will lose the reservation deposit and the boat will not be available.

Minimum age:

The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years old.

Rates:

In the rates of the boats, the prices are with VAT included.

Charter with or without skipper:

Boats up to 10 meters in length may be rented with or without skipper. From 10 meters, the skipper is mandatory.

To rent a boat without skipper it will be necessary, at the time of check-in, if we have not received it before, to show the necessary qualifications and leave a deposit of between 800€ and 3000€, depending on the type of boat.

In the case of renting without captain, a sea trial will be made to the skipper of the boat. In the event that it is considered that the skipper does not have sufficient experience or expertise in the handling of the boat, it will be required to hire the services of a skipper that will be provided. In the event that you do not want the services of our skipper, the deposit made when booking the boat will be forfeited and the charter will be automatically cancelled.

Charter schedule:

The charter schedule is 8 hours full day and 4 half day and is usually between 10.00 am and 8.00 pm. For safety reasons it will not be possible to sail at night and must return to port before dark.

The services of a Captain will always be required to watch the sunset.

Fuel:

Fuel is not included in the rental price, boats will be returned with a full tank or an estimate of the fuel consumed will be made. For half day charter an estimate of the fuel consumed will be made.

Refund conditions:

– Weather conditions: In case the weather conditions on the day of embarkation are not suitable for sailing, (wavy conditions), it will be changed for another day. If this is not possible, the money will be refunded.

– For breakdowns not caused by the client: In case of breakdown, another boat will be offered and, if the client does not agree, the money will be refunded.

Cancellation conditions:

In case the client decides to cancel the reservation on his own, he must communicate it at least two months (60 calendar days) before the date of the beginning of the rental. In this case, 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded, leaving the remaining 20% to cover administrative expenses.

If the client delays in its cancellation after the expiration of the previously established term but communicates it at least one month (30 calendar days) before the rental start date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.

After the deadline of one month (30 calendar days) prior to the start date of the rental without communication by the client of cancellation of the reservation, no amount will be refunded.
